As a country, rich in culture, diversity and talent — how can India evolve to help lead the world into a prosperous future?

India is a country with immense passion. The unity amidst so many differences across boundaries, when the Indian cricket team plays a match is a testament to this power. The youth makes up the majority of India’s large population. The two cultural changes that shaped the last few decades, valuing education as the primary foundation for a child and building a society that celebrates women empowerment, provide unique opportunities today. This change is complemented by today’s digital access to knowledge and global markets, utilized by India’s literate and committed youth.

“It is possible to transcend the normal and become more.” — David Goggins

To seize this opportunity, India, starting with me and the rest of my generation will have to embrace a cultural change wherein we, the youth, is empowered to take bold decisions by venturing into our own businesses and acting on our million-dollar ideas, instead of ignoring them as impossible dreams. This will create a new norm, providing employment opportunities within the country, across all education and income levels, instead of resorting to working as a cheap labor force for foreign MNCs as is done today. Right from the Government, all the way to every household, the message should be omnipresent, so that tomorrow’s generation is capable and empowered to capitalize on this opportunity to make India a leading global economy of the future.

All of which, when actualized will raise living standards of the masses across the country and play a pivotal role in eradicating poverty in India before the beginning of the 22nd century.
